We welcomed Leanne from ST Water. She told us all about the water cycle and we discovered some big words like precipitation and evaporation. We found out about some of the things that go down the toilet when they shouldn't.  Can you believe goldfish, false teeth, nappies, phones have all been discovered within the sewage system?! We learnt that the only things to be flushed down the toilet are the 'three p's' (poo, pee and paper). Leanne told us that they have also discovered road cones and sofas that have been chopped up and thrown down manholes.  Imagine the damage and expense they can create!
